Great prices
Ordered flowers for a funeral and selected the largest arrangement. As you can see, the number of lilies and the number of white roses isn’t even close. Spoke to manager who said they go by a recipe that indicates the number of stems to use, not the number of blooms. I said “Well, we don’t order floral arrangements based on stems, do we?” She had no concern for customer satisfaction whatsoever. This is what we were supposed to get, this is what we got. The urn looked completely out of place with how poorly this was arranged. You'd think being for a celebration of life there would be more than the bare minimum of effort put into it. Never again.
Overpriced, cheap products. There are other greenhouses in town that actually care about their products and customers. Between the mess and their questionable owner, I'd steer clear.
