Very pleased and comfortable here. My apartment is large with a delicious fenced back porch. Place was spotless - entirely painted with brand new carpet on move in.
Ok....need more maintenance and management interaction. Time for the places to be completely updated. Nice large apartments, affordable prices need to be updated to at least the 2000's.
We presented a letter from our attorney to Kings Grant stating our financial position at this time is that my husband is battling cancer, and has led our family to some difficulty in meeting our financial obligations, thus affecting our credit standing.
