Horrible horrible apartments. Very very rude management!!!!!! Mice problems. Took over a month to do anything about it!!! Carpenter aunts like crazy. Walked in from work one night and had 200-300 black carpenter ants all through my apartment. I am a very clean person so it wasn t my fault!!!!! Mice droppings everywhere in apartment when it starts to cool down outside!!!! If I could. I would rate it 0 stars and have the city come do inspections!!!!! Filthy!!!!

Since I moved in here a little more than a year ago I have made so many great friends. The neighbors are great. This is a close community of good people who talk to each other and look out for each other. I really enjoy the location too. You are close to shopping and plenty of great activities without living right in the city. The bus service is also a great bonus. I have lived in Kings Forest Apartments for one year and five months and I LOVE it here. Our apartment is huge, landlord is more than helpful at all times, the maintenance men are fast to react to calls and very friendly and honest. Our neighbors are very friendly. The complex is usually quiet. I feel very safe here and I am a young mother of two little boys aged three and one. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone and everyone looking for an apartment. I plan on staying here for at least the next five years or ... read more
