Update 2: Spoke with Brian on the phone. He apologized and offered to get my ring sized for "free". He recognized what she said and didn't deny she said it. He kept saying he "doesn't know why she would say something like that". I was also told by Brain that Betty has had a "hard life" and can sometimes comes off "rough". Brian told me that they found us is in the system,so he doesnt know why she didn't find it. Mind you 10 year employee. I asked him if on our account if it showed we had already got the ring sized and he said no not that he knows of. We have already went somewhere else. So amazingly impressed with this place! Came in to get a quote on repairing a ring. They took the ring to check it out, brought it back a few minutes later repaired and did not charge me anything!
