Update 2: Spoke with Brian on the phone. He apologized and offered to get my ring sized for free. I asked him if on our account if it showed we had already got the ring sized and he said no not that he knows of. We have already went somewhere else. We honestly wouldn't feel comfortable going back. Also got told that they found us is in the system,so they don't know why she didn't find it. Mind you 10 year employee. Very disappointed. So amazingly impressed with this place! Came in to get a quote on repairing a ring. They took the ring to check it out, brought it back a few minutes later repaired and did not charge me anything!
My parents have been going to King's since they were at Southgate Mall. Every experience they had has been such a great experience. Brian and all their staff are kind, warm, and welcoming. You feel like family when you go there and never feel pushed into a purchase. I have not been to the new location in Sherwood Park, but I send my best to all the staff!
