Well you did it again made me wait 30mins when I was told by you I would not be waiting.. Was not given a reasonable excuse of why i had to wait over 40 minutes for a booked appointment. I had to wait 15 minutes before a staff member acknowledged i was there then told to take a seat will be with you in a few minutes.... 25 minutes later o we will see you now. Really i was getting up to walk out..
This was my first visit and honestly Dr. Sona made it so easy and comfortable during the procedure. The staff is friendly with well experienced doctors around. I got my teeth routine done and few xrays. They are well equipped and help you with detail procedures.

The whole team is warm and professional, and Dr Shagun is an outstanding dentist – she is gentle, incredibly patient, and takes the time to clearly explain every step. Her expertise and kindness have made managing my dental needs so much easier, and I feel very well looked after.
