Lovely clinic and staff
Dr Donde and nurse Snow were very gentle, professional and patient.
My oral hygienist Kalyopi is super thorough and caring with the process. I had a slight gum recession issue and she has been patient reeducating me how to use my electric toothbrush properly.
Appointment was at 12pm but mum was unable to climb 2 flights of stairs. They were made aware of this when booking and was told it's OK. Arrived on time, was told we will need to wait 1 hour as dentist is upstairs. Actual wait was 1 1/2 hour after all other patients were seen! Don't expect proper attention if you have any special needs!
