I stopped by The Palace Barbershop in Auburn as a walk-in after another barber nearby was running late. My barber was Josh. The conversation was fine at first, but the service started to feel rushed once more clients walked in. He left visible demarcation lines on my sideburns, as if he began to blend but never finished.
