Seems I'm the second person in a row to say this, but I got my cut done by the owner of the shop just yesterday and he did a terrible and unprofessional job. First time at this shop, and last. I made sure to give very specific instructions and always show a picture of my hair exactly as I want it. I had the absolute worst experience at King's Den Barber Shop today. I've been there twice before as walk in, had the same hairstyle done by two different barbers, and they nailed it both times. But today? A total disaster. The so-called owner who is shorter and older guy, who refused to even give me his name, is by far the most unprofessional and rude barber I’ve ever encountered.
