Never left a doctors office feeling so stupid for even talking. Good thing I got a nasal spray though! Lmao
my wife and i have come to this urgent care twice. this one doctor “haley”. she makes her patients feel dumb for coming in and needing help. she comes in and says NOTHING is wrong. and then leaves. i had a really bad infection in my face spreading and she told me it was an infected pimple and sent me on my way. later that night i had to go get my face cut open due to it spreading. i think this place needs better doctors because that one is obviously just there for the money.
I was in Thursday night later- bc I do not get off work until 7 and then coming from the IP- ..anyways my eye was killing me. I had my arm stuck in a sleeve and in a panic, attempted to free myself pulling with force punched myself in the eye. I couldn't see out of it and it was swollen and watery I was a hot mess. They got me right back to see Hailey Bowden who is just amazing,! She put these drops in my eye that instantly made it feel better. Fell. Could barely walk but was made to sit a wait. I was the only person in the waiting room. The most rude, inept and disrespectful people I’ve ever encountered. Finally since I’m a retired nurse I begged for some anti inflammatory medication. It didn’t help but that’s all they did. They didn’t examine me. I had to request an X-ray which when it was posted did not shot my tailbone which was one of the issues to begin with! I had cracked my pelvis. No not much to be done.
