Clean and friendly staff! They were quick to get me in and out. I was worried because of the negative reviews but had a great experience both times.
I’ve been here twice and it’s always clean and they’re fast too. Not sure why all the negative reviews. Staff has all been very pleasant! I would give 10 stars if I could.
Took my mother to the urgent care part, sat in the waiting room while she was seen. The staff loudly discussed past patients talking shit. Makes a person not want to be seen there. Ill go to a different one next time!
I went to this facility a couple of weeks ago after being incredibly ill for a few days. The doctor who saw me did not listen to anything I had to say, diagnosed me with something the tests showed was incorrect, and prescribed me medication that her system alerted her would interact with my anti seizure medications. I had blood drawn, and a phlebotomist who was filling in from another location was upset by the state of the blood drawing area and the lack of necessary supplies and voiced this to me. Well, reading these reviews now confirms my thoughts about this urgent care facility!!! Haley Bowden had one positive review and this one is just going to add to her list of negative!! Apparently, UK/King's daughters is not following through on reviewing this doctor's bedside manner or abilities to doctor patients. I went to Urgent Care because neither of the PAs I've seen through the years were in town. I was referred to this facility by Family Care so I went.
