The staff is absolutely amazing!! I explained that my daughter has had little experience with doctors and was afraid. They all went above and beyond to make this easy and not scary. I’m hopeful she’ll trust medical professionals after our pleasant experience. I’m thankful I took her in because despite having no obvious signs of ear issues, she has an ear infection along with flu b. Highly recommend this office!
Came in with chest pain and they refused to do an EKG, even when I requested. They said it was stress. Turns out I have AFib. Would not recommend this place if you want to be treated with care or respect. They are negligent of patients
Run the other way! My sister went there this morning for an earache. A nurse came in before the doctor and gave her a steroid shot and tried to make her take pills. He asked her name and date of birth and she told him but clearly still didn’t register. She got someone else’s medications and questioned why she would be getting these pills and shot. Was taken back almost immediately and doctor came in right after the nurse. I was seen and on my way to get my prescription in less than 25 minutes
I was seen in less than 5 minutes and all he did was confirm I had an ear infection which I already knew. I only visited to get prescription ear drops. My whole visit was 12 minutes tops and my charge was $246(visit cost) dollars just for him to prescribe me medicine and put an otoscope in my ear.
