I went to this facility for a Nuerological review for the possible early onset of dementia. The question of whether I used Marijuana was asked. I said yes, for sleep and anxiety because it's legal in my state (VA). Immediately the mood in the room changed, which lasted the rest of thw testing, which only lasted and hr and half. They never answer the phones during their business hours. I’ve called several times early in the morning and no one answers. This has happened almost every time I need to call. It makes it very difficult for a patient to get their medicine refilled. If they do answer they say they will resolve the issue and call you back but you never get a call back.
Trying for a week to get my medicine refilled. They lied to me on Friday and told me it would definitely be filled that day. Today is Monday and still haven't filled it and I went to the office twice bc they dont answer the phone which is crazy at a mental health office.
