This is not an experience I’d want to repeat. It’s been a couple months since I had the hearing test after calling numerous times I got one return call which told me I would need to pay $1500 again. I advised them that it was paid for and gave them more insurance information two weeks ago. The insurance approved $3500 still yet no return calls still leave messages I was last told by a receptionist that he had ordered to hearing aid‘s. Very friendly and welcoming staff, that are helping my niece to be able to swallow and talk again. They have been using massage therapies to help her lymphatic system to release fluids and compression therapy. Soon she'll be starting speech therapy and I can't wait to have a conversation with my niece again.
My first time go this place for my neck pain. John and Danny did great job on my neck. No more pain... Thank you!!
Most of the Pts and OTs were great but I had to deal with one who would make negative comments and be very passive aggressive with me.
