Two and a half hours for a drug test and physical. Very rude staff. Waited 45 minutes to sign my paperwork just so I could leave. Very bad facility!! DO NOT RECOMMEND
Went in for drug screening and physical for school. I requested copies of my physical paperwork and was told “we can just send it via email directly to whom it needs to go to” and it was not sent. I explained to them how important this was and that it needed done or they could just give me a copy. They reiterated that they will get it sent. It never was and I missed the cut off date for school. This is after paying $500 for the visit up front and now a wast of 6k on school that dropped me due to this. Went in for a employer drug test they messed the first one up so I had to retake it and they took forever to call me back in requiring me to hold it for a ridiculous amount of time I was there from 12 to almost 3 I even walked up to the desk several times.
Just so anyone who needs a fit test knows *because they won't tell you before you spend a week waiting for the appointment nor the hour you sit in the lobby where they disclose your HIPAA* BRING YOUR OWN N-95. They don't even keep them for staff per their nurse no wonder covid spread so fast. Places like this who can't even keep supplies for an annually required test per OSHA.
