The new ER is not efficient. First, pressing 0 to get assistance on that gadget you have rings to someone who says they will get you help. But the message is never given to the nurse. I tried to get help 3 times. Finally I unplugged myself and went to the bathroom. I stopped by the nurses station and they said they got no message and they didn't seem to care about it. SO much happened at this hospital that there isn't enough room to even type how bad they are. The first night I waited 3 hours for my US results. After asking the nurse what was going on she said that the doctor actually went home for the night?? So they were just going to let me sit there for god knows how long without answers. Then they had a PA that was on call at her house call me at the hospital to tell me the results. She said it was a ruptured cyst.
