If I could leave zero stars I would. Waited 5 hours to be seen the hospital wasnt that busy. While waiting nurses and security guards could be heard making fun of a homeless patient. A nurse i believe her name was Tiffany didn't believe i was in pain. She also kept telling me that I wasnt having a reaction to morphine when i had excruciating stomach pain and felt like I was having a heart attack. She kept telling me and my boyfriend she's never heard of anyone having a reaction to pain medication like I was. A simple Google ... read more

Had to take my Mom to the ER because she broke her hip. There is no sense of urgency here. She had to request pain medication over & over again. Had to push her call light over & over again because she had to pee. They did a surewick improperly & then she laid in her own urine for hours after we pushed the call light & requested help with that. And when they gave her fentanyl injection the nurse left the bottles in the room with us & went home. There was a little bit left in each bottle. They should've been disposed of prope... read more

I went into kings daughters ER because i have been dealing with severe pressure in my skull and vision periodically going black. The only thing that was done was a lab test and an Xray. The doctor Lucas Lemons couldn't give me any answers to what could be causing this out of the blue. I would have thought a CT would have been done or even look at my eyes to see if anything was abnormal. I didnt receive any fluids via IV until i was signing my discharge papers. It just felt like there was no help to find this issue and i was ... read more

The emergency department is either severely understaffed, or not attentive. I've witnessed elderly people visably sick waiting hours. Our current wait, going on 9 hours and counting. No resolution in sight. I can hear gossip after gossip from the nursing station. Discussing former patients etc. No urgency and very loud. I can't imagine ever returning regardless of emergency.

I went to this place after having issues on a bus trip, they did their job and had me out the door, later the same day I started experiencing problems with swelling in my legs. I returned later that day to get the swelling checked, I reported everything to the front counter, talked to the same nurses I had earlier that day and was disappointed by their reactions. They had no belief in me about my swelling issues, until I physically showed them my issues, and only then did they start treating me like a patient! I don't know wh... read more
