I came in with a double ear infection, a cough, and a sore throat with drainage. Requested that my ears be cleaned out, as I get chronic ear infections and drops don't do much on their own. He refused to prescribe me anything for my cough and throat, and said my throat looked fine. 2 days later, I am sicker than a dog with a fever, sore throat, awful deep cough, upset stomach, headache, and runny nose. Ask who is seeing patients before you pay them! We had a nurse practitioner tonight who was too preoccupied to listen and when I tried to explain why I needed a particular antibiotic for my son’s pink eye, she refused and absolutely would not hear me out. When I needed to ask some questions about what she was prescribing, she walked out of the room and never came back. I tried to explain that I had had it, my husband had it and my other son.
