Amazing place, they are fast and efficient and NICE. The nice part is rare. Oh and they know what they are talking about which also really helps. I highly recommend.
Fast & accurate service. I left SOMC in Wheelersburg due to very slow service. I gave up and went to king's daughter's and it was a great decision
They misdiagnosed me #1, prescribed me antibiotics I told them I couldn't take. They do not pay attention to what you tell them, I'd give them a zero if I could. My daughter went there with excruciating back pain and vomiting, they gave her, pain pills, steroids, and muscle relaxers, did not even address the vomiting, and didn't give her a Drs excuse for a few days off work, she does home healthcare where she's lifting on people and giving them showers and things, so not only did they not give her any time off work, she coul... read more
Staff is very unprofessional talking crap about patients loud enough for it to echo through the hallways. They were breaking patient confidentiality by judging and speaking about what was going on with another patient. They were laughing and making jokes about the patient and telling everyone in the room about what was going on with the girl, still loud enough for it to echo in the halls where other people were walking.
Worst place to go to the front staff are nice once you get to the back horrible judgmental attitudes from nurses just complete nasty taste in your mouth leaving feeling uncertain and never wanting to come back even worse when you finally get ahold of someone to tell them your medicine they sent in you are non reactive to and didn’t work they couldn’t be more unbothered by your questions hardly ever get back with you about anyway .
