I came in with a double ear infection, a cough, and a sore throat with drainage. Requested that my ears be cleaned out, as I get chronic ear infections and drops don't do much on their own. He refused to prescribe me anything for my cough and throat, and said my throat looked fine. 2 days later, I am sicker than a dog with a fever, sore throat, awful deep cough, upset stomach, headache, and runny nose. Ask who is seeing patients before you pay them! We had a nurse practitioner tonight who was too preoccupied to listen and when I tried to explain why I needed a particular antibiotic for my son’s pink eye, she refused and absolutely would not hear me out. When I needed to ask some questions about what she was prescribing, she walked out of the room and never came back. I tried to explain that I had had it, my husband had it and my other son. Best place to go around the Lawrence County area. They’re quick, prompt, and actually listen to you. They don’t gossip, and seeing it first hand, they stomp any hearsay or gossip at first sight. They remain professional, kind, and respectful. They take your health seriously and if you are having trouble with your medical insurance, they’ll help you in any way they can without billing you insane amounts like some other local hospitals. The staff is always kind with me and my son. I recommend them over anyone.
