I will say this, you hear negatives all the time. However, this was a positive experience. Robbie had an appointment for an MRI, we checked in, we were taken back promptly, they told me exactly how long they would have him, and he was treated with care. I even stopped by the next day because we forgot a school excuse, and they gave me the results early. Very friendly.

The wait time was horrible I was there for about 4 hrs needless to say I left without being seen the only positive thing about this visit that I can say is the lady at the triage station was extremely nice and kept apologizing for such a long wait time

I was pleased with the care my father received in the ED. I was displeased with the length of time that it took to get him into a room after admitting. A 4 hour wait for a room was unnecessary. Took my husband on January 4, 2017. They treated very well, when we finally got called back. We had a four hour wait, us and several other patients. I didn't like the wait. The doctor we saw was polite and good bedside manner.

Dr Kouns, the hospitalist on the AIMS unit is GREAT! He literally took his time, didn't act in a hurry, &I had positive outlooks for my dad. Dr Kouns understood from both prespectives of a patient and from the family side. He set down and explained things we didn't understand and even gave better knowledge of things we did as well as Dr Willis. I look forward to seeing Dr Kouns or Dr Willis on the AIMS unit. Thank you to you both for everything! ❤

I loved the sign at the er entrance. It appeared to be an advertisement for little blue pills. Emergency on top ED Entrance on the bottom.
