This review is solely for the 2 nurses that helped me do lab work today. I didn’t get their names but the lady who took my blood was super nice and when I got dizzy and almost passed out she responded quickly and got another nurse to help. It was a new scary experience for me and they helped me feel better. Thanks for the apple juice :)
Most useless group of doctors/nurses ive ever gone to see.
The service I receive is always great, Dr.Hall and staff are excellent, this review is not a reflection on the care I’ve received there. However, since implementation of the phone tree, which eliminated my ability to call in directly, I have not been able to get in touch with anyone for over a week. I’ve sit on hold over for 20 minutes 3 separate days and 10 or less minutes every other day before giving up. The “callback request” option has also proved ineffective.
