I recently had a really disappointing experience with Kings Custom Jewelry regarding the repair of my 18K necklace and earring that was handed down to me from my mom. My necklace originally had an 18K S-hook clasp that was broken, and the lock on my earrings also needed repair. When I brought them in, I was advised to replace the clasp with a lobster clasp. I needed to take a few days and not speak out of emotion and carefully choose my words. I brought my ring in, that was given to me my my mother in law, to be sized. It used to be hers and it meant something to give it to me. Looking for a jeweler is hard especially when you rely on google reviews. But Kings had good ones.
