Our first experience with Kings Crossing was under difficult circumstances, but they not only jumped in for my sick dog, but they stepped in for us as well. My dogs care was amazing and we were welcomed as though we’d always been there. They truly care about your fur babies and what’s best for your family as well. I can’t give a high enough recommendation for them, especially Dr. Fuller who was so kind with our sad situation. We are now lifelong patients!
Dr. Fuller and her entire staff, treats you on a individual base. They do a super job with my dog.
Met Dr Wallace for the first time. She was great. Spent time explaining everything to me and sat in the floor with my boy. Both Dr Fuller and Dr Wallace are wonderful.
Dr. Fuller and Dr. Wallace are both absolutely AMAZING doctors. They have every ounce of compassion and determination for answers you could ask for. Katie Gibbs and Brandii Campbell are always willing to bend over backwards to make the experience as least stressful for the pet as well as the owners, and they love their patients as if they were their own.. Your pets aren’t just another patient here 💜🐾
Dr Fuller and Dr Wallace and their staff have helped us save SO many kitties! Our rescue takes in some of the worst cases of animal abuse and they always step up to the plate to help us. We cannot do what we do without them. I trust all of my kitties and personal pup with them! I couldn't imagine anyone else caring like they do.
I’ve had nothing but positive caring interactions with the entire staff!! I would recommend King’s Crossing to all that want the best for their pets.
Once again, I must express my gratitude to Dr. Wallace for the care and compassion she has for her patients. She was right here in our home when the time came for our 19-year-old Hazel to cross the rainbow bridge. All of the folks at Kings Crossing Animal Hospital are THE best. Thank you for what you do.
Spent thousands here and treated horribly. Couldn't get a follow up call without being charged, needed to put a kitten down and was told they were closing go somewhere else when I'm 5 minutes away, gave a hard time about giving a blank medical record booklet that they get free after spending thousands. Ex employee emailed and told me how they talked about the customers behind their back, hung up on me 5 times while trying to get my xrays emailed for dying kitten. Sorry service but charges top rates
