first visit was awesome. I was taken care of, it was great. second visit, May 15 in the evening, I specifically told the girl who helped me that I don't tolerate limonene terps well at all, strains that contain those terps tend to give me panic attacks. she seemed understanding and I completely trusted her to pick out some good strains with that information. My first time here and they were rude felt they were a lil racist towards my friend that was there with me. Won’t be back!
As someone who works in this industry for 10 years from the front end to management I have done it all. But this has been the WORST EXPERIENCE. Customer retention is done by having exponential staff even is your product is ass. I work close by and I had some time to stop and look. Unfortunately the staff member KIM was horrible.
