100% recommended. It's a safe place to live. The common areas are well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and professional. Angelique and Daniel are the best. I loved living there. I went for work. :(
I lived here from May 2021 until January 2025. The property is beautiful and nestled in a nice subdivision. The property manager is A-1. She is so attentive and addresses all concerns very quickly. The maintenance staff is friendly and knowledgeable and I only moved because I relocated to a different state.
This complex is ridiculous. Got locked out of my friends apartment and went to the leasing office. No one was there. Tried calling the office multiple times with no answer. Maintenance can’t give keys because of legal reasons- understandable. But the lady who works in the office needs to be available. This was at 2:30. Nowhere near closing time. I have never heard of anything like this before. Absolutely crazy. Now my friend is having to call and pay for a locksmith when someone could’ve easily came and unlocked the door. An... read more
Absolutely love it here, Angelique the property manager is amazing and really makes you feel heard! She reaches out to make sure everything is working properly or you can easily go in the office and talk to her about any concerns. I absolutely recommend these townhomes!!
Money hungry. I moved out no issues in September 2023 and left a forwarding address. Was NEVER mailed any type of final bill but then in November of 2024 I get a debt collector letter. Asked them to send documentation proving that they mailed me a final bill and instead gave me a residence ledger. Last I checked, final bills or some type of notification is supposed to be mailed to the forwarding address within a certain time frame.
