It’s unbearably cold in this facility. Week after week, we sit for over an hour watching our kids play, and despite repeatedly raising concerns, nothing changes. The fans continue to run at a level that makes the space uncomfortable for both kids and parents. The children are visibly cold during activities, and it’s frustrating to see that our concerns are consistently dismissed. The owner is very disrespectful, canceled our booking last minute with no explanation or reason. They were unresponsive throughout the process and showed a complete lack of courtesy or class. Really disappointing experience. I waited for two weeks to see if he gets back to us before I leave a review, but not a word. Ever since the change in ownership, this place has gone downhill. Stay away and book a place which respects you and your time.
