I took my mother to the emergency room after checking her out of Brookdale because of the service not being good. Once we got in KingsCounty it didn’t take her long at all to get checked in. I can’t remember the doctors from yesterday but the doctor and nurses that started 7am on 3/21 has been nothing but amazing. They moved quickly, communicated great, took care of her with grace like if she was one of they family members. Thank you Dr. Robinson and Nurse Nwike and Nurse Campbell. From the Jordans
What is the point of going to emergency room if they keep me waiting for 3 fckn hours?? I would have gone to my primary care instead
Scheduled an appointment IN-PERSON a week prior. They cancelled the appointment last minute due to miscommunications within the Hospital, and notified me minutes before the scheduled time for the appointment that the appointment would have to be moved to next week. Clear disrespect of my time.
