The staff is rude and one even cut off my call when I was seeking help to talk to a family member. The disrespect was uncalled for but I guess that’s their protocol.
Do you know what this hospital and the Police station have in common? They both disregard the lives of black people. The treatment in this hospital is like day and night, when you read the reviews, you notice a stark difference between those being treated like a human and who's not. I suggest everyone come in to this place with low expectations, these people are not here to help you. I dare you to prove me wrong.
You could die there waiting to see a doctor, I was there last night and after three (3) hours still didn't see a doctor, and to make matters worse, I came from my doctor with a referral and nobody care why he send me there, their primary concern was to do their paper work, terrible service, it's should be call delinquent service at Kings county.
