I can't say much bad about this office except that the lady that helped me didn't show much empathy but once i had all my papers she did help me pay my electric bill. Just may need another education course on bed side manner/customer care. I am truly grateful for the help that I got but I felt like the people going in there where burdening these people like we were taking up their time but that is the job that they chose to do so to say you're welcome and have a little more empathy towards these people that are suffering wou... read more
