I have been a patient of King’s College London Health Centre for 5 years now and have been so overwhelmed by the level of service and kindness afforded to patients. In particular Dr Lex provides such an empathetic level of care and consideration. In particular, Shannia and Nat have both undertaken blood tests on my and have made me feel incredibly safe, comfortable and empowered as a patient. The clinic is very responsive, and booking appointments is quick and easy. The doctors are also friendly and approachable, which makes for a positive experience overall. However, I do want to echo what others have mentioned in their reviews - some reception staff can come across as passive-aggressive, and at times they make jokes with colleagues while interacting with patients. KCL students - avoid this GP if you can. I’ve never written a review before, but my experience here was so poor I felt I had to. There’s no continuity of care - I was constantly seen by different doctors, even when I booked specific follow-ups. I once waited weeks for scheduled call that never even happened because the appointment wasn’t booked.
