Renters and homeowners beware! If I could leave no starts I would. We have been renting a property here for 4 years that has been unlivable. The park refused to maintain the property or fix any issues we brought up. It was sold to a corporation who came in, inspected the property and decided to condemn it. This has left us homeless and with 3 hours to sort out a safe place for us and our 2 children to be. Avoid this place like the plague.
