Fantastic sale & service from Tony at Kings Mitsubishi in Ballarat. Melbourne based buyer unable to get good service from metro dealers. Tony was very informative, very knowledgeable and at no times pushy. Great info on all our caravan towing requirements and and talked through all options. Excellent trade in and quick turnaround on pick up of our new Triton GLS.
I didn’t purchase my Mitsubishi Outlander from Kings Cars Ballarat Mitsubishi, but they have looked after it from the very first service — and what an impressive experience it has been. From day one, the team has demonstrated a genuine commitment to customer service. After buying a new car from kings around 2 years ago I was clearly told I was quite welcome to use the dealership car wash anytime.but because I use a Mitsubishi dealership closer to home for my servicing I had some clown come out today and tell us i’m not to use the car wash because they are not making any money out of me!! IS HE FOR REAL?? After spending nearly 40 grand there on a new car!!
