Best equipped car wash in town.
I g to Kings a lot . It’s close to My house , but a couple days ago I went there and put $5 in the coin machine and didn’t get any money. Had to call the number on the machine and wait for someone to come over . Had some change on me so I started washing my SUV and wanted high pressure and soap , but there was no soap. So I put more money in and tried the brush and once again no soap. Use to really enjoy this carwash, it was my favorite in the area. But after a drastic time reduction per dollar I'm going to look for somewhere else. I can't even rinse off my engine for a dollar anymore, or one side of my vehicle. Use to cost me 8-10 dollars to wash my car. Now it's 15 minimum and that's with me rushing and missing spots.
Drove into the first stall and it wouldn’t accept my iPhone payment method. Then put in 3 loonies. Nothing. Drove to another stall. Tried the iPhone again. The payment piece seemed to be dead. Tried a third stall, which had just been used, and it finally worked via the iPhone payment. Also, I have been charged the full amount $25 even though I stopped it and it stated $6.00. It’s been 3 hours since and no refund yet. Do not waste your time at this place.
Washed my car and the amount of time to rinse off soap has been drastically reduced to about 20-30 seconds. Used to be 60 to 90 seconds. Feeling ripped off. Should be given 0 stars. They put in new equipment and probably reduced the rinse time to cover these additional costs.
