End of an era. Such a great 8 years!
We had an extremely disappointing experience with this summer camp. We registered our 6 year old kid through ActivityHero, and after just one day, she came home in tears, calling it the worst camp she’s ever attended. She told us that other children were saying mean things to her, and the instructors ignored it(basically do nothing). She was so upset that she refused to go back. Held a birthday party for ages 9-10. The staff was not attentive to what's going on and not helpful at all. The arrangement for sitting and eating lacked in organization and hygiene. Some kids including the birthday boy didn't have seats at the table and the staff didn't care. Near zero help from the staff on basically anything during the obstacle course time as well. The facility is nice and has good potential.
Disappointed... My friend hosted his birthday party here. We were all so excited to have fun, but unfortunately he fell down from a beam and got injured. Accident happens, but this incident was clearly due to the gym's negligence. Prior to the competition, the staff did NOT spend the time to double check the safety of the obstacle equipment (the balance beam was supported by just a few bean bags and it was off center).
