I am appalled by the treatment from the staff toward the residents of this retirement community. Here are some experiences I encountered while visiting my mother from out of state for a week: 1) I went to the Sunday buffet to pick up food for my mother, and the way the majority of the workers in the dining room were treating the elderly residents had me shocked.
