Was a great hotel. Gives beach beach hotel vibes. Pool was great, completely natural and crystal clear even had a few fish in it. The room was spotless.The bathroom was spotless also. Had a stove and refrigerator and microwave and dishwasher. As a standard drip coffee maker in the room.The beds were comfortable and clean. Coffee is provided in the office. Staff was polite. We spent several days here and had a great time. This is what the old style of lodges and motor motels were like but up to date and clean. Our room was up to date, clean, and spacious. The kitchenette had new appliances. The wifi and cable tv worked well. The tidal pool was interesting but nice. The location was fantastic. One block to restaurants and shopping in two directions but on a quiet street.
The staff was very accommodating to our needs. The rooms are clean and welcoming. The beds were comfortable. The launch at the hotel was very convenient to put our paddleboards in to see the Manatee which is close to 3 sisters spring! This was my 3rd stay at KBL and plan on booking again in the near future...
Great old Florida motel! Spacious, well appointed rooms located within walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. Highly recommended!
Comfortable beds, fun river fed pool, and great room with kitchen! This place is close to restaurants, shopping, and kayak rentals. Room was really clean and staff are friendly!
