I made the apt on line and when you make the reservation you can pre pay and add a tip but I wanted to wait till leave a tip. I entered my credit card and when it was time to pay I was told they only had Apple Pay etc and I was unable to use my credit card. I luckily just had enough cash! I would come back but maybe not. The service was great except for that mess

Vero is not only incredibly skilled but also one of the very professional. She always remembers my previous cuts and knows exactly how to maintain or adjust them based on what I want. Her attention to detail and communication are top-notch, and she’s super flexible when openings come up. I always leave her chair feeling confident and well taken care of. Couldn’t ask for better service!

Been going to Vero since I moved to Chicago (2 years ago) and I’m so glad a friend recommended her. She’s always super friendly, makes you feel comfortable, and every haircut comes out perfect. Vero is always on time and will do her best to accommodate your schedule, which makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend her!
