I have been going to King's for well over 40+ years even though Don is a Cubs fan. The service and expertise are first class and the next best thing is he laughs at my jokes. What more could you ask of a barber!
I try to get my haircut here whenever possible. They have very traditional hours and I work in DT Chicago, so Saturday is usually my only option. Like the other reviewer said, you will wait on Saturdays. Two things I love about it are: 1. It's a classical old school all American barber shop that hasn't seen any remodeling since who knows when, 1955? It's not a dump at all, just well worn, but clean and quaint.
