I came to Kings Auto and Rentals with a known issue and voiced this clearly to them on arrival. They ignored this, did not repair the issue and failed the WOF, charging me $75!!! They said they were too busy to fix this but continued to complete the WOF. TOTAL RIPOFF! When I bought my vehicle to your shop, I informed you of the issue, regardless - you did not fix this and completed the WOF anyway.
