My wife and I rented our first RV through Cruise America in June 2021. King’s Automotive was our local pick-up location. The associate at King’s Automotive was friendly and extremely helpful to work with. She was thorough during our initial walkthrough of the coach and was willing to spend as long as it took to make sure we were comfortable operating the coach before departing. We are looking forward to our fall camping trip and returning to King’s Automotive to pick-up our coach.

A huge thanks to Megan, Some friends and I needed to rent an rv to transport another friend that was involved in a tragic motorcycle accident in Florida where his wife sadly did not make it back to Buffalo. We needed this rv fast and Megan along with Cruise America made this happen in the matter of an hour or so, I think I first spoke with Megan around 9:30am on 3/20/2020 and we were on the road with the rv by 3:00pm that is with picking up the rv and packing up the things we needed for the trip. Great place to get your car or truck repaired full service repair shop excellent work
They really helped me out when I was in a bind. Bought all the parts to do my rear brakes. Got sick around thanksgiving and never felt well enough to be outside for anything longer than 30 to 45 mins. They got me in the next day! Taught me about the new bylaws that they had to supply parts in case their was an accident. Looked it up and they were correct. They had a couple of bumps but kept me updated and informed. I really appreciated the service.
