My truck needed a repair for a metal part that holds the tire; it was very brittle from rust and broke. It was Christmas after the Mass Service, everything was closed. The only shop nearby was “Kings Auto Service.” It had to be towed. The truck was not drivable but the mechanic, Jessy, was able to drive it as it was; I don't know how in the world he was able to move it! I would not recommend doing business with this auto dealership. My wife and I bought a truck with them and we were very unsatisfied with the outcome of the transaction. It took them 2 months to paid off our trade-in. Also, it took them 3 months to give us the title. I couldn't drive the truck for a month because it wasn't registered because I didn't have the title. They took too long to pay off my old car and the credit union deducted an additional payment from my checking account. It is now 9 days until my temp tags expire and I still don't have the title to the car I bought. By the way, the car I bought leaks oil despite them having the car two days to fix it. Also, the A/C only blows hot air. They are slow to return calls. I would not recommend them to anyone and I will never buy another car there.
