ALL I COULD ASK FOR – THEY WILL CHARGE YOU TO LOOK AT YOUR CAR BUT I HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR 15 YEARS AND HAVENT HAD ONE PROBLEM- THEY DO NOT OFFER TOWING, (THROUGH ANOTHER COMPANY)- BUT I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I RECIEVED AN OIL CHANGE AND THEY ALSO LET ME KNOW WHEN MY ROUTINE MAINTENENCE WAS COMIN UP- TJ ON PHONE HAD GREAT PERSONALITY AND MIKE WAS VERY PROFFESIONAL- THANKS GUYS
Lousy customer service – After charging me almost $400.00 for a tow and a starter, I found out my driver's door wouldn't open and the window barely rolled down, They were working when it was towed, but they proceeded to tell me they would charge me a min of $88.00 to 'look' at the prob, but not then, I would have to take off another day of work and that's not even fixing the problem. I think they slammed the door so hard it went off track, and now they expect me to pay for that too!!
