I went for a simple annual NYS inspection, but the owner was extremely unfriendly and showed no respect. After I expressed my dissatisfaction and intent to take my business elsewhere, he retaliated by trapping my car to prevent me from leaving and seemed to take pleasure in taunting me from his doorstep.
