Horrible communication. They never fixed my car after doing the diagnostic, i got no showed twice.
After paying for repairs, my car continues to have the same issues, which has been frustrating and stressful. I would have appreciated clearer communication throughout the process and maybe just a little compassion during the process.Customer service and communication are very important when trusting someone with your vehicle. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I don’t feel fully satisfied with the service provided and I would not recommend.
They went above and beyond to fix my girls truck. Customer service was great and so was their work
