After paying for repairs, my car continues to have the same issues, which has been frustrating and stressful. I would have appreciated clearer communication throughout the process and maybe just a little compassion during the process.Customer service and communication are very important when trusting someone with your vehicle. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I don’t feel fully satisfied with the service provided and I would not recommend.

Please DO NOT let these guys touch your vehicle. 2 weeks ago I had a small whining noise from my Journey. It still drove perfectly. I just wanted to know what the whining noise was. I found Kings Auto on Google and saw good reviews so I called them. They repaired a hose and oil for $100 but it didn’t fix the problem. A week later, they returned and changed a belt and the alternator. That was another $700. 17 blocks after driving it, the whole car died.
