If you like loud music all day coming through your walls as well as broken glass everywhere then this is the place for you! House flooded 3 inches of water the first week of moving in because of improper piping. Maintenance took over 2 months to fix power outlets. Landlord never answers. Your neighbors are loud and inconsiderate. Great place.
Landlord is nice, but we are never given 24 hour notice of water being cut off. This is a major inconvenience.
