Working with Jennifer at Kings and Queens Leasing was an awesome experience! She made the whole process smooth and easy from our very first tour and coordinating with the onsite staff to signing the lease. Jennifer was friendly, helpful, and always quick to answer any questions I had. Thanks to her, I found an apartment I absolutely love! Never, ever, ever rent from this management company. Don't be a statistic and assume it won't happen to you. They have their lawyers running the courts, they pay off everyone to make sure they will take your last dollar. You sign your life away to the devil as soon as you sign that lease. They will never help with any repairs until you go thru the portal and make a complaint, then you'd need to wait a few months because they're understaffed. I can't recommend Jennifer enough! She did an amazing job helping my husband and me through the process of leasing an apartment. The entire experience was seamless. She truly listened to what I wanted in an apartment and found us a place that met all of my criteria and stayed within budget. We couldn’t be happier with her service, professionalism, and expertise.
Management doesn’t care that their buildings are filled with criminals stealing all the packages left in unsecured places. They won’t install cameras pointing towards where packages are left so we can see who’s stealing packages. Buildings are full of roaches and mice. You’re paying $3,000+ to live in the projects. It’s unbelievable. The landlords are greedy…. But that’s not surprising.
