Don’t move to the Cadillac building. This has to be the absolute worse place I have ever lived in. The constant blaring of music, disrespectful neighbors, roaches, cops, mentally ill people, the dogs constantly barking and the lady who always putting poop carpets to wash in machine everyone use. Working with Kings and Queens has been a blessing. They are professional, respectful and is with you all the way in your journey in moving into a new apartment. One of the best Managment companies I have worked with in the past 26 years. Shout out to Jesse Aben.
❗️1640 Ocean Pkwy. 🚩 Never move in! Overpriced, no heating, no hot water and weak pressure! Especially the alcoholic super who does nothing, they only throw out trash and pretend to work. Requests sent to the site are marked as completed.
Most of their apartments are overpriced and have water damage. I spoke to a renter and when they complained about mold in between the walls all they did was plaster over it. Disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to rent from them. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone was to sue them for mold intoxication.
