This is a very unprofessional location as far as barbers go. I would advise you to look elsewhere. An appointment was booked with a particular barber and he confirmed the appointment. While waiting for the appointment, the barber cancelled online 15 min before the appointment was supposed to start. No call. No explanation. No reschedule. Just cancelled. Called 4 times...never got an answer.
Left my brother here to get a haircut, they told him 5 mins and even told him where the ATM was so he can pay cash. Waited there for TWO HOURS and no cut. No one even bothered acknowledging he was there or had been waiting for hours! Don’t waste your time on this trash place. Recommend Razor kings or Urban Styles in Madison. They know how to treat customers.
