This place was recommended by a friend. A close friend who has purchased many wigs. I came and was ready to purchase but was told: "I cannot try on the wig because I might mess it up for other customers". She was so rude to me. Imagine paying hundreds of dollars for something that you cannot try on. Go elsewhere.

First off, I ordered the hair Sunday it said orders take 4hrs to be ready I expected a notification of the hair being ready by Monday, I didn’t. Tuesday I called the shop and got a text message back I asked about my hair and was told I needed to send my ID or my order would be canceled, I feel like sending my id is crazy and violation of MY privacy I could have simply DISPLAYED my id at pick up.
