Great facility to rent in Kingman for businesses. Really nice remodeled and modern units. Some have a/c and heat. We rented for two years and the owners were great to work with!

We been at this location for 24 years. The new owners took over a few years ago and have really made some nice improvement to the facility. They are great to work with and all the neighbors in the complex are easy to work with too!

Kingman Warehouse Business Park is a first rate facility. I started my business, Southwest Charger, as a service based business and the space they offered was perfect for my needs. They offered a like new shop. Everything was in great condition for an affordable price. With 24 hr. security and wi-fi included it was the only option for my business. I recommend anyone who is looking for an affordable space to do their business in Kingman look at Kingman Warehouse Business Park.
