Great service and wonderful doctor, very attentive. Did not have an appointment and they were able to see my daughter sooner than the urgent care. They do encourage appointments to avoid the wait time but this new doctor is worth the wait. My daughter doesn't do well with new doctors but this one made her feel comfortable and we were able to get through the appointment without a single cry. Definitely coming back here instead of the urgent care.

This place has really declined since hiring new staff. Not only are they rude, but they will also waste your time and gas. I called the day before to make an appointment, and they assured me they had the flu vaccine. When I arrived, I was told they didn't have it—completely undermining the purpose of my visit. To make matters worse, the receptionist falsely claimed she called me twice, but I did not receive a single call from her. I left truly baffled, what a joke.

I just walked in hoping I could see the Dr due to complaints about having to have an appointment. So here is how it works. Yes, you need an appointment to have a decent wait time, however, they will try and work you in. And yes, you will have a wait time just like the other urgent cares in town. The staff upfront was amazing and the Dr is wonderful. Just understand you will have to wait without an appointment time. Was worth it to me.

I would give them zero stars if I could. My husband and I went here as a walk in. They refused to see my husband since he didn't have an appointment. Unbelievable fetus clinic has a large sign and the name of ut is "Walk in Clinic". THEY DO NOT SEE PATIENTS WITHOUT YOU HAVING AN APPOINTMENT. UNBELIEVABLE!! NOT HAPPY!!! They need to change their name and put online appointment required to se seen..
