I have never been treated so disrespectfully in a business in my life. My wife and I walked into this shop excited to look at rocks and turquoise jewelry and hopefully learn something. Instead, we were met with arrogance and complete disrespect. I politely asked the man behind the counter if he could explain the difference between turquoise and chrysocolla and maybe show me an example of each. I came from New York City specifically to go to this shop Everybody here was so nice to me. I was greeted by Cindy (sorry, I think that is her name! Please correct me if I’m wrong.) She was so patient with me as I browsed through all the cases. I’m so indecisive but she assisted me throughout it all.
