Literally hung up on me, I was asking a question about treatment and they wouldn’t respond because a previous doctor treated me? Jesse Jessy? Shouldn’t be aloud to answer phones, being a head nurse requires way mornthan what you have to offer
The staff are always kind and helpful.
I came in with a dislocated shoulder yesterday and I was in so much pain and they went above and beyond. They helped me out of my seatbelt buckle and let me take my time to get into the wheelchair. They proceeded to very slowly and carefully help me over the bumps so they wouldn’t cause me anymore pain. They medicated me as soon as they could so I wouldn’t be in agony as they were getting everything set up to put it back. Good care from Docs, there is a nurse named Jesse, that leaves a lot to be desired. He really talks down to you, seems unhappy to be at work.
