I came in kingman crossfit for a drop'in . And i really appreciate the Warm welcome, it's the real spirit of crossfit just the Way i like it ! The coaches care about their clients and it is a family atmosphere at this box! This is my home gym and I wouldn't have it any other way!!
I started going to KCF about 15 months ago with no previous experience with XF. The coaches here are amazing. They are positive and patient and you should have no reservations about starting from nothing. It's really one of the best parts of my day to get in there are work hard. For me, it's been a complete gamechanger. Having done cardio (mostly running and biking) for most of my life, I was not ready for the various lifts and movements common to XF.
