Came in with the fear of being rejected due to my less than perffect credit. Talked to them and explained my situation to them and they had me driving a new car in a few hours!! Worked with me on my down payment and got me a low monthly payment!! Could not be happier!! Will send everyone I know to see Russ and Tom for their next used car.

we needed a new diesel truck for my construction staff, came in and found a clean 2000 dodge ram with good miles and body, made an offer and they accpeted. was back to the yard with it in less than 2 hours time!! will be back

I was looking for a newer truck with our tax refund. We did some online shopping, and found a truck we wanted at Kingman auto. We spoke with Robert in sales a few days later. We also explained we did not have our tax refund yet and would be a few weeks away from having the down payment for them. Robert spoke to his boss and was able to give us the few weeks needed for our down payment!! Thanks to everyone at Kingman auto plaza for making our truck shopping easy as possible.

I am very upset with Kingman Auto Plaza,i have had to take my vehicle to them 9 times to fix the problems they promised they would fix at time of purchase,they did fix some of the problems but when it came to our brake system they refused to fix them even though it was promised and written down and signed by a manager named Pat that they would fix the breaks and ABS system, we even tried to return the vehicle after one week due to us taking the vehicle into them 3 times within 5 days of purchasing and even though in the cont... read more

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE Purchased a 2007 chevy uplander from this company. Was promised. 1. Fix the ac 2. Check engine light 3. Brake issues Had to take the vehicle in to them 8 times!Every time we got it back the abs light would come back on, and the check engine. Took it down to autozone and had is scanned each time. Problem was with the evap system, and the abs brakes system. Was told that it was fixed each time, but the same problem kept showing up. Good Place To Find a Used Car – Good group of guys down there that are friendly. They also have in house financing which is especially nice in this type of an economy.
