Terrible after sales service. The steering wheel on my 2021 Tiguan was replaced in August 2024 due to a fault that made the Travel Assist indicator light up and make a ding noise intermittently, sometimes every few minutes. This is very distracting and unsafe. Kinghorn VW replaced the steering wheel. The problem initially went away but gradually came back so I took the car back for an inspection in February 2025.
